With a mixed background of Jamaican and Guyanese heritage, DJ Casper was born and raised in a family of musical talents. While most kids were playing outdoors, DJ Casper preferred to be in the basement playing around with his father and uncle's music equipment, learning the art and craft of mixing music.
As a teen, realizing his love for music and entertaining, he assisted his uncle, DJ Eddie Dee with various events throughout New York City. Soon after, Casper was in the studios with singers and in clubs with DJs learning the art of music from artist like Earnest Willison, Franky Paul and his uncle DJ Eddie Dee.
This experience allowed him to meet more people that shared the same interests as he did. One of people he met and grew to love was his best friend Magnum G S from Goldstone.
DJ Casper's passion for music continued to grow as he set out on his own to play at various weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, graduations parties etc., eventually progressing further to the West Indian Day Parade, festivals in Miami and Canada. He became a regular DJ at Club Ark, The Original Africa House and Club After Five.
His main goal is to continue to entertain and share his love for music with people around the world.
